WELCOME TO YOUR ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC
BIG CHANGES - NEW SCHEDULE & PRACTITIONERS
The new year is bringing new Acupuncturists and expanded hours! Starting in January, we will be adding a new Sunday Shift 1-5pm with Tiffany Marquez L.Ac. She just got licensed & passed all the Board Exams - we are so excited for her to start seeing clients on Sundays (PM), Tuesdays (MID) & Wednesdays (AM). Come see her for a relaxing treatment.
TONYA IS DEPARTING / SHIFT UPDATES
Tonya Tigart L.Ac has been with our clinic though thick & thin, caring for our wonderful clients and providing quality acupuncture treatments. After a long tenure, she is departing to pursue what’s next. We will all miss her calming presence, but there are others ready to step into the gaps she leaves. Maddie will be taking on Tues & Thurs AM and Tiffany will fill Weds (AM). Tonya’s last day will be 12/31, we wish her the best.
Acupuncture for the People is just that - a community centered healing practice whose goal is to make Chinese Medicine more accessible. Our practice is modeled after modern clinics in China where patients are treated in a group setting. People relax in comfy recliners or on a massage table. Several clients are seen per hour so each person can pay less, making the medicine available to everybody regardless of income.
Acupuncture for the People provides personalized individual care in a comfortable down-to-earth environment. We offer an affordable sliding scale; $25-65 plus a $20 fee for initial appointment and intake ($45-85 first visit only). No income verification is required.
Everyone deserves to be healthy and happy, but it shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg.
*UPDATE* MASKS ARE NOW OPTIONAL
We still prioritize reducing the spread of disease at our clinic and you are welcome to continue wearing a mask (we have a limited supply of paper masks if you forget). We want everyone to feel safe and Practitioners can mask up during your treatment upon request. Of course, IF YOU ARE SICK OR EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS – STAY HOME!
“Our goal is to promote health & wellness, so the last thing we want is to spread disease. Our efforts to keep our Staff & Clients safe while they are in our clinic will hopefully limit exposure while still providing the healthcare services our Community needs right now. Your cooperation & support makes Community Acupuncture possible!”
